Be Part of the FIRST EVER Saskatchewan Music Inventory
We are asking you to provide as much information as you can about any musical activity taking place in Saskatchewan. We want to include private people offering lessons, clinics or workshops; community and school programs; summer events & activities; year-round programs; anything you can think of that would provide the opportunity for someone to get involved in music. Music Festivals, Heart of the City Piano program, fiddle camps, guitar lessons, choirs, bands, orchestras, mandolin players, everything! Don't worry about duplications, we'll clean them out before the listing is posted.
You will be able to enter five music programs in the survey. If you know of more, just click the link in the original e-mail again to enter in the next five and so on until you've provided information about all the music programming you are aware of.
All the information gathered will be compiled and posted on the Saskatchewan Music Alliance website as a reference for people looking to get involved in music, so if you don't want your name/service/event/activity listed, don't add it to this survey. We will check with everyone who is listed (if they did not supply the information themselves) to make sure they are okay with having their program information included.
Thanks for your help in compiling this database.

Studying music strengthens student’s academic performance. Studies have indicated that sequential, skill-building instruction in art and music integrated with the rest of the curriculum can greatly improve children’s performance in reading and math. |
